The history and mystique of the wild west is ingrained into the heart of America; lawmen and outlaws, frontier town, Indian camps, shootouts at high noon. At the forefront of this lore you will find the legendary gWild Billh Hickok. Gunfighter, lawman, army scout, Wild Bill took on many roles in his life. In his death he became immortalized in perhaps his favorite role, gambler. On a hot summer day in August, 1876, in Deadwood, Dakota Territory, Wild Bill was shot and killed while playing cards in the local saloon. He had them all beat with his final hand, two pair, Aces and Eights.
